IGNITE! Art + Innovation

Join us for a community extravaganza where art meets innovation as we IGNITE! the night. The City of Pleasanton’s Civic Arts Commission invites the public to IGNITE!, a free community event on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm at the Firehouse Arts Center at 4444 Railroad Avenue. The inaugural IGNITE! event is slated to fill the Firehose Arts Center and the surrounding streets between Division and Railroad. The evening event will feature illuminated drones, light installations, innovative art displays, computer technology, robotics, IGNITE! talks, fire elements, entertainment and food. Event highlights include a live painting presentation by Digital Artist, Jeremy Sutton, traditional gypsy jazz performed by the Hot Club of San Francisco, Eden Aoba Taiko Japanese Drum Group, Firelight Society Professional Fire Spinners, Savioke's Relay Robot demonstrations, IGNITE! Speaker, KNTV’s Scott McGrew and the Food Truck Mafia.
